The Problem
While training in phlebotomy, I noticed a gap between how students are taught and what actually determines success in real clinical settings. Many study tools focus on memorization or exam-style questions, but real patient care depends on reasoning, safety awareness, and the ability to make correct decisions under pressure.
New phlebotomists often struggle not because they lack information, but because they haven't had enough structured practice thinking through real scenarios.

Why It's Personal
This project is also personal. Like many students entering healthcare later in their careers, I approached phlebotomy with a strong respect for patient safety and a desire to be fully prepared before working with real patients.
